Special Orders

A professional bridal consultant will take your measurements to help you determine the size of dress in which to order. This does not mean that your gown will be specially made to those measurements. Your measurements will be compared to the size chart provided to us by the manufacturer. If a bridesmaid cannot be measured by one of our consultants, we ask that you have them measured at a qualified bridal store.

Bridesmaid dresses will not be ordered until we have complete measurements and deposits from the entire wedding party. This assures us that on placement of the order, all dresses will be cut from the same bolt of fabric ensuring no color variance.

Once the order has been placed it cannot be canceled or refunded. We will contact you as soon as it arrives from the manufacturer. Rush orders can also be placed for an additional fee.
